Boot Camp Overview
Every day your workout will be different. We incorporate strength training, plyometrics, cardio and other exercise activities. There is no yelling at our boot camp. We always keep a positive, encouraging attitude, and believe in having fun!

We get it-exercising can be pretty boring. Everything about our boot camp is designed to be fun and exciting while getting you in the best shape of your life. You will always be working toward new personal records while making new friends and constantly changing your exercise routines.
Based on personal and professional experience with fitness, diet, and exercise, the founders of West L. A. Boot Camp have developed a fitness system that combines the best time-tested exercise and nutritional programs in the world. Our comprehensive fitness and nutrition system is designed to be an exciting and fun journey that will help you trim down, tone up, and get fit!
Our boot camp is a transformational exercise and nutrition program designed based on a combination of the best programs in the world. The workouts are hard-hitting sessions. There are a total of five sessions per week, both in the morning and evening.
